PERSONAL TRAINING
With a background in physiotherapy, a degree in sports science, and a postgraduate diploma in sports and exercise medicine, I offer a standard of personal training that goes far beyond standard fitness coaching. My sessions are designed for everyone, but are particularly beneficial for those managing long-term injuries, chronic health conditions, or recovering from illness or injury. Each programme is carefully tailored to your individual needs, with a strong emphasis on safe, progressive training that supports both performance and long-term health. My approach combines clinical expertise with practical training methods to help you move confidently, build strength, and achieve sustainable results.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
I also offer small group personal training sessions, with a maximum of four people per group, providing a more affordable option without compromising on quality. Each client follows their own individualised programme and receives dedicated 1:1 coaching within a supportive group environment. Sessions run in rolling 4-week blocks, allowing for consistency, progression, and accountability. At £35 per session (compared to £85 for 1:1 training), this is an excellent way to access expert-led coaching in a motivating and friendly setting.

PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physiotherapy sessions are delivered by Abigail and offer a comprehensive and holistic approach to the assessment and treatment of injury using an evidence based yet intuitive approach. Abigail specialises in treating injuries of the neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee and ankle and uses a combination of exercise therapy, manual techniques and education. Her approach is one that is centred around empowering patients with the knowledge to be able to take charge of their own rehabilitation journey. If you would like to add extra massage onto your physio session there is an "add-on" option during the booking process.
MASSAGE
All massage sessions at Therapeutic Fusions are tailored to your individual needs, combining a range of techniques informed by my background as an experienced physiotherapist. Treatments draw from deep tissue, sports massage, Thai techniques, and relaxation-based work, creating a flexible, responsive approach rather than a fixed routine. Each session begins with a brief consultation to guide the treatment, but the work itself remains intuitive and adaptable—evolving in real time based on what your body needs. My hands are in constant dialogue with your body, allowing the session to develop in a way that feels both effective and restorative. While clinical reasoning and physiotherapy-informed techniques may be incorporated where appropriate, these sessions are focused on therapeutic massage and are not a substitute for a full physiotherapy assessment or treatment. If you are experiencing injury, acute pain, or require diagnosis and rehabilitation, a dedicated physiotherapy appointment is recommended.

Targeted Fusion
45 minutes
A focused session designed to address a specific area of tension, pain, or restriction. Ideal for maintaining progress or when you need effective relief in a shorter amount of time.
Best suited for 1–2 key areas.
Essential Fusion
60 minutes
A balanced session that allows for either general full-body work or more in-depth focus on a few key areas. Time is structured, so treatment will be guided by your priorities on the day.
Perfect when you want overall relief or targeted work within a set timeframe.
Complete Fusion (most popular)
90 minutes
A comprehensive, unhurried treatment that allows for both a thorough full-body experience and dedicated time on specific areas—without compromise. This is where treatment becomes more detailed, more effective, and longer lasting.
Ideal if you want your whole body treated properly, with space to focus on areas that need extra attention.
The Fusion Reset (signature experience)
120 minutes
Your ultimate full-body reset. This extended session combines both table and floor work—beginning with a Complete Fusion on the table before moving into Thai-style assisted stretching on the floor.
Designed to release deep tension, improve mobility, and create a lasting sense of ease throughout the body, this is a truly immersive and restorative experience. Many clients also notice a shift beyond the physical—leaving with a sense of mental clarity, calm, and lightness that reflects how much tension the body has been holding.
Ideal for bodies under consistent physical or mental load, or when a standard session isn’t enough.
HOME SERVICES
All of my services are available in the comfort of your home, with a minimum booking duration of 90 minutes. Massages are conducted as floor sessions on a futon, and for personal training, you will need to provide your own equipment.
I serve south, east, and north London, specifically in zones 1-3.
